$222.45
Antique and rare small decorative mirror in Peruvian style, probably dating from the late 19th or early 20th century.
Rectangular in shape, it features a central curved mirror, surrounded by panels with polychrome floral decoration created using the reverse glass technique.
Its gilded stucco frame is adorned with garlands and bouquets of brightly colored flowers: pink, blue, yellow, red and purple, accompanied by green foliage on a pinkish beige background.
The gilded moldings highlight the different panels and provide an elegant contrast with the floral compositions.
Its design is inspired by traditional Peruvian mirrors, prized for their colorful ornamentation and handcrafted character.
This decorative object will easily find its place in an entrance, a bedroom, a cabinet of curiosities or a boho and romantic style decoration.
