This superb antique lamp base is an authentic decorative piece with classic charm.
It is a gilt brass lamp base with a twisted stem, inspired by the Louis XVI style.
Probably of French manufacture, early 20th century (around 1920-1930).
In the classic neo-Louis XVI style, with a twisted column, Corinthian base and finely chiseled details, including acanthus leaves in relief on the base.

• Elegant twisted barrel.
• Weighted base for added stability (nearly 5 kg).
