DetailsVintage metal gyroscope top dating from the 1950s.
This is an antique mechanical toy, consisting of a central spinning top mounted within a circular structure that forms a protective and retaining ring. This type of toy operates by rapid rotation and produces a decorative and playful gyroscopic effect.
The spinning top is made of metal with a polychrome design of concentric circles in shades of gold, red, green, and black. This design creates a beautiful visual effect when it spins.
It comes with its metal support forming a cage or ring, allowing it to be easily presented as a curiosity object or as a shop window decoration.
It dates from the 1950s.
