DetailsCharming small Chinese cloisonné enamel vase, presented on its blackened wooden stand.
This decorative vase has a beautiful, bulbous shape with a narrow neck and flared opening. It is made of enameled metal using the cloisonné technique, with a highly decorative polychrome design on a black background.
The design features large white and light blue flowers, green foliage, small birds, and golden cloud motifs. The collar is highlighted by a colored border, and the upper edge has a gold finish.
The vase rests on a small, removable, blackened wooden base, which beautifully highlights it.
This is probably a Chinese object from the mid-20th century, around the 1950s-1970s, in the style of Asian decorative export pieces.
A very beautiful collector's item, ideal for Asian decoration, a display case, a cabinet of curiosities or a chinoiserie atmosphere.
