DetailsSuperb antique set of six nesting trays in dark exotic wood, decorated with bone inlays.
They feature a beautiful marquetry design consisting of a central star and geometric patterns around the edge. Each tray is stackable, allowing you to create a lovely decorative set while maintaining a practical function for serving or presentation.
The style evokes exotic 20th-century craftsmanship, likely inspired by African, Indonesian, or Anglo-Indian traditions. The contrast between the dark wood and the light inlays lends considerable elegance to the piece.
These trays will be perfect in a colonial, ethnic chic, cabinet of curiosities, vintage interior or collector's home decor.
