DetailsAntique wall-mounted coffee grinder in white and blue porcelain, in the Delft style, decorated with a country scene with a farm, windmill and rural landscape.
This grinder consists of a porcelain reservoir, a wooden wall bracket, a metal mechanism with crank and handle, and a glass container for the ground coffee.
The blue design on a creamy white background depicts a farm and a mill, in a highly decorative style reminiscent of Dutch earthenware. It's a beautiful antique kitchen piece, ideal for decorating a country house, rustic kitchen, chic flea market, or as part of a collection of antique coffee grinders.
It is numbered 1005 on the back and bears the German inscription:
“guaranteed geschmiedetes und gefrästes Mahlwerk”, indicating a guaranteed forged and machined grinding mechanism.
The mill is in good general condition and is operational.
Note: a chip in one corner of the glass container, visible in the photos. Normal signs of wear and age are present on the wood, metal, and porcelain.
