DetailsSuperb small decorative bust representing Johannes Brahms, the famous 19th-century German composer.
It is made of white biscuit porcelain, with a delicate matte finish, and a cobalt blue porcelain base enhanced with gilding. The name BRAHMS is inscribed in relief on the base of the bust.
The face is finely sculpted, with a beautiful representation of the composer: a full beard, long hair, a serious expression, and classically styled clothing. The whole piece offers a very attractive contrast between the white of the biscuit porcelain, the deep blue of the base, and the gold trim.
