DetailsSuperb antique statue of a fox on the lookout, made of glazed ceramic with a "crispy" effect, a characteristic signature of the French manufacturer Sèvres Vinsare, dated 1934.
This unique piece captivates with its expressive realism, its tense pose, its fur rendered in a gradient of red, beige, and white, and its fixed gaze typical of a predator on the hunt. The textured work on the granular matte enamel finely reproduces the density of the fur.
