This exceptional piece features rich floral and phoenix decoration in orange and cobalt blue tones, on a white background, emblematic of the Imari style, highly sought after by collectors.
The lid is topped with a lotus bud-shaped grip, a typical and elegant detail, accentuating the refinement of the whole.
The plant motifs and the phoenix are harmoniously distributed in stylized cartouches, surrounded by contrasting decorative bands, in a balanced and dense composition.
